This section walks you through what to do with your report next:

1. Download Your Report or Save the Shareable Link

  • Click “Download Report” to get a PDF you can email or print.
  • Or copy the shareable link to send to a lawyer, exchange, or the police.
  • Your report is stored securely. Only people with the link can view it.

2. Send it to Law Enforcement

  • Contact your local cybercrime unit or police department.
  • Attach the report to your complaint or statement.
  • If you’re in the U.S., you can also file through the FBI IC3 portal and upload your report.

3. Submit it to Exchanges or Lawyers

  • If the scammer used an exchange (e.g. Coinbase, Binance), go to their Support/Help center and open a fraud case.
  • Upload your Traceback report and request a freeze or investigation.
  • Lawyers specializing in crypto fraud can use this report as a starting point for legal action or subpoenas.

4. Stay Alert
